Scheduling a free 45 minute session with me will give you the jumpstart you need to take action.

In exploring your personal health history, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your current life, the life you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d love to accomplish.

It’s an opportunity to be heard and to get a sense of what it feels like to have more support in your life.

It’s your chance to get all of your questions answered, to discover how we can work together moving forward, learn about the various ways I can offer to support you in your life. Sometimes just this one session is enough for tremendous change, but frequently, additional education, support, and accountability is desired. In that case, we will together choose the program that best suits your goals and your lifestyle. Research has shown that 6 months is the ideal duration for sustainable change.

Each session we meet, we will identify your main blocks and pain points, and determine a plan of action for you to implement until the next session - - Incrementally closing the gap from where you are, to where you want to be.

This confidential session may very well be the kick in the pants you need to initiate a turning point in your life.
